Beaches of Antibes

Today I will be listing the main beaches of Antibes. All of them are completely different from each other. I recommend seeing them all! Tell me in the comments below if you've been to Antibes and have your own favorite beach.

1. Plage de la Gravette - beach of the Old Town. This was the first beach I visited in Antibes. You can find it if you pass the market and move straight to the port. Once you get to the port through an arch turn to the right and continue till you see an arch leading to the beach on the right. This is a sandy public beach, it gets deep quite fast. If you pass this beach and continue straight through the port you will see another arch on the right leading to a small rocky beach. I prefer this one between the two. It has less people, tourists usually don't reach it.

2. Plage du Ponteil and Plage de la Salis. This is a long line of sandy public beaches divided in two by Antibes Yachting Club. This is a comfortable beach if you want to lay comfortable, relax with a book and enjoy a great view of Old Antibes. In the mornings the beach is not crowded with tourists, most old locals come here from 8 to 11 am. Afternoons are the busiest. If you don't like the crowds, I recommend coming in the morning or after 7 pm.

3. Plage de la Garoup - Keller Beach. This is my favorite beach on Cap d'Antibes. The sand there is almost white and the water looks bright azure. The public part of the beach is very small so it gets really crowded with people. It's not the best choice if you want to spend a day at the beach. But it's a good option if you just want to come for a quick swim. If you are coming for a whole day I recommend staying at private Keller beach. It is a comfortable luxurious place with delicious food. Totally recommend ravioli with truffle sauce. I go for it every time.

4. Plage du Fort Carre is a rocky beach at the very beginning of Antibes before the fort. There are mostly locals there. This beach is good for everyone who prefers rocks to sand.

5. Beaches of Juan les Pins. These will be an option for you if you are staying in Juan les Pins. This is not my preferable option. There are sandy public beaches and private beaches there. I think the best choice is to come there for drinks at private beaches.

1. Plage de la Gravette - пляж Старого города. Это был первый пляж, который я посетила в Антибе. Вы можете найти его, пройдя мимо рынка и двигаясь прямо в порт. Добравшись до порта через арку, поверните направо и идите прямо, пока справа не увидите арку, ведущую к пляжу. Это песчаный общественный пляж, углубление в море там довольно резкое. Если вы пройдете этот пляж и продолжите идти прямо через порт, справа вы увидите еще одну арку, ведущую к небольшому каменистому пляжу. Я предпочитаю этот из двух. На нем меньше людей, туристы обычно сюда не доходят.

2. Plage du Ponteil and Plage de la Salis. Это длинная линия песчаных общественных пляжей, разделенных на две части Антибским яхт-клубом. Это удобный пляж, если вы хотите комфортно расположиться, отдохнуть с книгой и насладиться прекрасным видом на Старый Антиб. По утрам пляж не переполнен туристами, большинство пенсионеров приезжают сюда с 8 до 11 утра. Послеобеденное время самое загруженное. Если вам не нравятся толпы, я рекомендую приходить утром или после 7 вечера.

3. Plage de la Garoup - Keller Beach. Это мой любимый пляж на мысе Антиб. Песок там почти белый, а вода выглядит ярко-лазурной. Общественная часть пляжа очень мала, поэтому здесь места всем не хватает. Это не лучший выбор, если вы хотите провести весь день на пляже. Но это хороший вариант, если вы просто хотите прийти поплавать. Если вы приедете на целый день, я рекомендую остаться на частном пляже Келлер. Это комфортабельное роскошное место с вкусной едой. Очень рекомендую равиоли с трюфельным соусом. Я беру их каждый раз!

4.  Plage du Fort Carre - каменистый пляж в самом начале Антиба перед фортом. Там отдыхают в основном местные жители. Этот пляж хорош для всех, кто предпочитает камни песку.

5. Пляжи Juan les Pins. Они будут вариантом для вас, если вы живете в Juan les Pins. Лично я никогда не предпочитала оставаться там, этот район может быть шумным и сумбурным. Здесь есть песчаные общественные пляжи и частные пляжи. Я думаю, что лучший идеей будет приехать туда выпить что-нибудть на частном пляже и полюбоваться морем.
