BEST CINNAMON ROLLS RECIPE

DOUGH:
• 1 cup warm milk
• 1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
• 2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons butter, softened
• 1 egg
• 3 cups all-purpose flour

FILLING:
• 1/3 cup salted butter, melted
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

GLAZE:
• 3/4 of regular packaging of Philadelphia cream cheese
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 packet of vanilla sugar
• 2 tablespoons milk

1. In a bowl, combine milk, yeast, sugar, salt, butter, and eggs. Add flour.

2. The dough should be sticky, but not stick to your hands. Add more flour until the dough reaches the desired consistency.

3. Transfer the dough into a slightly oiled bowl. Cover with a towel and let rise twice in size, it will take about an hour.

4. Roll out the dough, grease it with melted butter. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top of the melted butter. Roll tightly so that you have one long roll. Use a sharp knife to cut the dough into 12 buns.

5. Put the buns in a rectangular shape, cover and let them rise for 30-45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 165 degrees C. Bake the buns for about 14 minutes until they are slightly brown.

6. While baking cinnamon rolls, make the cream cheese glazing using a hand mixer to beat the cheese and butter in a bowl until a light and fluffy mass is obtained. Add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and milk.

7. Spread the glazing on top of the rolls.

• 2 столовыС Π»ΠΎΠΆΠΊΠΈ ΠΌΠΎΠ»ΠΎΡ‚ΠΎΠΉ ΠΊΠΎΡ€ΠΈΡ†Ρ‹

ГЛАЗУРЬ:
• 3/4 ΠΏΠ°Ρ‡ΠΊΠΈ сливочного сыра Philadelphia
• 1/4 стакана масла, размягчСнного
• 3/4 стакана сахарной ΠΏΡƒΠ΄Ρ€Ρ‹
• 1 ΠΏΠ°ΠΊΠ΅Ρ‚ΠΈΠΊ ванильного сахара
• 2 столовыС Π»ΠΎΠΆΠΊΠΈ ΠΌΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠΊΠ°
1. Π’ мискС ΡΠΌΠ΅ΡˆΠ°ΠΉΡ‚Π΅ ΠΌΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠΊΠΎ, Π΄Ρ€ΠΎΠΆΠΆΠΈ, сахар, соль, масло ΠΈ яйца. Π”ΠΎΠ±Π°Π²ΡŒΡ‚Π΅ Π² ΠΌΡƒΠΊΡƒ. 

2. ВСсто Π΄ΠΎΠ»ΠΆΠ½ΠΎ Π±Ρ‹Ρ‚ΡŒ Π»ΠΈΠΏΠΊΠΈΠΌ, Π½ΠΎ Π½Π΅ ΠΏΡ€ΠΈΠ»ΠΈΠΏΠ°Ρ‚ΡŒ ΠΊ Ρ€ΡƒΠΊΠ°ΠΌ. Π”ΠΎΠ±Π°Π²ΡŒΡ‚Π΅ большС ΠΌΡƒΠΊΠΈ, ΠΏΠΎΠΊΠ° тСсто Π½Π΅ достигнСт ΠΆΠ΅Π»Π°Π΅ΠΌΠΎΠΉ консистСнции.
